In the inner courtyard you can observe the animals closely in an enjoyable and safe environment. Children are able to touch and interact with the animals, experiencing the sounds and smells of a small farm. All of the animals have been picked for their docile, friendly natures. What better way is there to introduce children to the world around them than through personal experience? At Old Holly Farm the aim is to allow children to discover what happens on a daily basis on a working organic dairy farm. The day starts at the crack of dawn with the morning milking before the shop and play barn are open. The calves are then fed and Dave and Ian start the rest of their jobs on the farm caring for the animals. Play Barn, Shop and Tea room.
