Apart from arranging two changes of flight for us which dragged the journey out, I feel Cosmos put together a very good tour at a reasonable price. Obviously you get what you pay for and some of the tours with other companies, which were a lot more expensive, stayed in the luxury hotels like Chateau Lake Louise and the Banff Springs Hotel, but we had very little time to spend in the hotels anyway and on the whole were happy with the ones we stayed in.
